Like all firms handling money transfers & and related activities, we are required by law to apply procedures to guard against the risk of money laundering. It will help us to avoid any problems with transfers being carried out if you bear in mind the following:
Identification checks: We will need to obtain formal evidence of your identity. This will be necessary even if you are known to us personally . The evidence we would require is as follows:
your original passport or photo driving licence which we will keep a copy for our records. We will not be able to proceed on your matter without seeing your proof of ID and this is a term of our retainer.
Please provide the originals of two documents from the following to establish your address
recent utility bills, (but not mobile phones), council tax statements,
bank or building society statements,
credit card statements.
Cash:
cash payments are only accepted if there enough evidence and acceptable explanations regarding legitimacy of it’s source otherwise we will refuse to accept any cash
Source of funds:
At the start of any transfers , we will normally ask you to tell us the source of any funds you will be using. It is simplest for us if the source is an account in your name, in a UK bank or building society. If the source is an unusual one, such as an account in another country, or in the name of someone other than yourself(we would need their ID) and sufficient proof about its source.
Destination of funds:
we would normally ask for recipients full details, we might extra security questions to make sure you have full understanding of risk and legitimacy of the payment(s) you are making .

NOTICE TO ALL CLIENTS
MONEY LAUNDERING REGULATIONS 2007:
• We are required under the Regulations to obtain evidence of identity from you . Such evidence must be both as to who you are and your address. This applies equally to private clients and business clients, including both individuals and corporate bodies. It also applies to existing clients unless we already hold up to date evidence of their identity.
• The Regulations require us to retain such evidence for at least 5 years and to produce it on request to the Police or relevant organisations
• We will discuss with you what evidence of your identity we will require, but it must be sufficient to establish your identity.
• Please bear in mind that any funds to or from a third party will require prior notification to us and may cause delays in your payments. The regulations will also apply to a third party which include the identification requirements. We recommend that you notify us of any such transaction as soon as possible.
• We will be unable to proceed with your transfer unless the identification requirements are fully dealt with
PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 2002
• The Act requires us to report to the Serious Organised Crime Agency any circumstances which cause us to suspect, or which are considered such that we ought to suspect, that you or anyone else involved we are dealing with has or will benefit from some financial crime. A ‘financial crime’ means not just fraud but dealing with the proceeds of any criminal activity, wherever committed, including theft, terrorism, drug trafficking and failure to pay any tax or duty. The money can be of any amount Failure by us to comply with the Act is itself a criminal offence.
• If we have to make a report, the Act requires us to undertake no further work until authorised to proceed by the Serious Organised Crime Agency. It also prevents us from telling you that a report has been made or giving you an explanation as to why we have ceased work.
• Our duties under the Act take precedence over all our professional and contractual obligations to you. Accordingly, by instructing us you accept that we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer because we have made a report under the Act and, or, have ceased work while we await authority to proceed.
BANK FUNDS RECEIPT POLICY
It is the firm’s policy that we accept funds only from our client or from a source which has been pre authorised and bank details notified to us.
If funds are to be sent to us from a party who is not recognised and authorised by us then the funds will be rejected and will lead to delays in your transaction.
We retain the right to refuse and return any payments if we suspect there is an illegal activity taking place

We take confidentiality very seriously and keep all the information about customers securely encrypted inline with our legal requirements.
We can only discuss relevant information and payments history with the payee or the nominated person/s and will not discuss and information with third parties unless required by law
All customers are advised to get account details prior to making payment to get updated account details as they might change sometimes therefor they may be delay to recover payments made to old accounts without arrangements due to being inactive or other reasons.
Payments made before midnight are transferred at the same rate of that day unless otherwise agreed or advised.
We advise costumers to make arrangement before making any payments to check the rates and the amount and transfer time, this is due to volatility of some currencies.
